Product overview
Research-grade reporter viruses supplied as titred viral stocks for laboratory use. Each preparation carries a fluorescent or bioluminescent reporter gene, allowing infection, replication, and treatment response to be followed directly in cell culture without secondary staining. Stocks are produced and titred under controlled conditions and shipped frozen.
Firefly luciferase reporter virus supplied at 1×10⁶ PFU/ml.
Applications
Infection and replication kinetics, antiviral compound screening, neutralising antibody assays, host–pathogen interaction studies, and live-cell imaging.
